Scope of works Refurbishment of Duloe Manor, Cornwall which was converted into a private holiday complex consisting of 6 apartments and 34 holiday cottages.  Works included creating new ceilings, plastering and the refurbishment of existing kitchen areas including new hobs and ovens, ceramic tiling wall tiling, small power, lighting, vinyl and carpet floorcoverings throughout

The problem? Apartments were only made available two at a time resulting in us making a fragmented approach working in a live environment and keeping disruption to a minimum for both client and holidaying guests.  Noise levels had to be kept to a minimum and noisy works only permitted between specific hours
