Scope of works This holiday village boasts 60 apartments and the Wattrus Group were contracted to refit 12 apartments to the clients' exceptionally high standard.  The scope of works included the manufacture and fitting of curtains and the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, ceramic tiling to walls and floors and complete decoration.  Modifications to small power and installation of of heated towel rails, hot water boilers, lighting and modifications to kitchen units to accommodate new fridge freezers and dishwashers.  New taps, shower fittings and fixings, w.c. access panels and drainage throughout.

The problem? Materials had to be taken across from the UK due to the exorbitant cost of local supplies, this resulted in bespoke joinery products being manufactured on site
